We are happy to announce that the Registration for the ISA Speed Sailing World Record Attempt is open now. Every interested rider is invited to apply for a starting place.
Entry is strictly limited to a maximum of 20 competitors. Please register in time !

The best speed windsurfers and speed kiteboarders around the world are expected to attend this record attempt.
Event Organizer Markus Schwendtner says: "We are happy that we are able to come back to Namibia to get another shot on the records. We are sure that with the changed course layout we have a serious chance to break the 50 knot barrier. I like to thank our partners F2, Exocet, Fanatic and North for their support in this project. Also a big thank you to the fantastic people in Namibia, without their help an event like this would be impossible to run."
Registration is open until 20th of April, 2006. From all applications the best riders will be chosen to represent the world and all interested nations.
As this is an invitational event, entry is strictly limited, which means that all interested sailors should register in time.
