Following on from the huge success of the 2005 IFCA European Slalom Championships, IFCA is pleased to announce the 2006 WORLD SLALOM CHAMPIONSHIPS will be held at the same venue - Alacati, Cesme (Turkey) from 1st to 6th August 2006.

The venue made an excellent impression on the competitors, the class and the Euro-Cup organization in June 2005. Every day the wind was blowing with at least 15 knots. The maximums reached up to over 30 knots. This enabled the race committee to run no less then 9 slalom eliminations for all of the fleets over four tremendous competition days.
