A lot of things are moving rapidly in the windsurfing shortboard structure!  At our AGM in Hyeres, France we prepared a submission for ISAF to officialise our move away from Formula Windsurfing and focusing on Slalom and Freewave.

In attachment 3 we prepared the submission as the Executive thinks it should be. But some alternatives are possible so we selected the most discussed for your input.

Please give us your opinion in this postal (e-mail) voting as forseen in our Class Rules.

Can you please reply by the 6th of November 2003 so we can finalize the submission, including your opinions, for the ISAF Conference in November in Barcelona. If we don't have a reply from you we assume that you agree with the executive's proposal.
